HOMELESS PERSONS HEALTH PROJECT (a COUNTY operated program) provides COUNTY WIDE services that include SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING AND REFERRALS TO TREATMENT. Contact them for more information at (831) 454-2080.
SANTA CRUZ AIDS PROJECT provides COUNTY WIDE services that include ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING. Contact them for more information at (831) 427-3900.
ALTO COUNSELING CENTER provides COUNTY WIDE services that include DRINKING & DRIVING PREVENTION, DRUG DIVERSION, INDIVIDUAL/GROUP CLASSES, OUTPATIENT SERVICES, DRUG COURT. , Services are provided on a SLIDING SCALE. Contact them for more information in North Santa Cruz County at (831) 423-2003, and in South Santa Cruz County at (831) 728-2233.
JANUS OF SANTA CRUZ provides COUNTY WIDE services that include OUTPATIENT COUNSELING and RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAM. Contact them for more information in North Santa Cruz County at (831) 462-1060, or in South Santa Cruz County at (831) 763-1989. Services are located in South County at WATSONVILLE HOSPITAL.
NEW LIFE COMMUNITY SERVICES provides services in NORTH SANTA CRUZ COUNTY that include ALCOHOL AND DRUG TREATMENT, and TRANSITIONAL SHELTER. Contact them for more information at (831) 427-1007.
PIONEER HOUSE, a Community Support Services program, provides services in NORTH SANTA CRUZ COUNTY that include DUAL-DIAGNOSIS (MENTAL HEALTH & DRUG/ ALCOHOL) DAY REHABILITATIVE TREATMENT. Contact them for more information at (831) 459-0444.
SUNFLOWER HOUSE, a Community Recovery Services program, provides services in NORTH SANTA CRUZ COUNTY that include RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR DRUG/ALCOHOL ADDICTION. Contact them for more information at (831) 423-3890.
TRIAD COM SERVICES; TRIAD SANTA CRUZ CLINIC provides services in NORTH SANTA CRUZ COUNTY that include METHADONE DETOXIFICATION AND METHADONE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS. Contact them for more information at (831) 425-0112.
YOUTH SERVICES provides COUNTY WIDE services that include CRISIS, ONGOING SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING FOR YOUTH, CLEAN & SOBER SCHOOLS and RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT. Contact them in North Santa Cruz County for the Y.E.S. School at (831) 429-8350; for Esquela Quetzal School in South County call (831)-688-8856; and for residential treatment call Tyler House at (831) 688-6293. Note: Tyler House is a group home so placements are often made through Probation or Child Protective Services.
HERMANAS RECOVERY HOME provides services in SOUTH SANTA CRUZ COUNTY that include RESIDENTIAL ALCOHOL/ DRUG TREATMENT FOR WOMEN AND DEPENDENTS. Contact them for more information at (831) 722-2471.
SI SE PUEDE, a Community Recovery Services program, provides services in SOUTH SANTA CRUZ COUNTY that include DRUG AND ALCOHOL RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION FOR MEN. The services provided are BILINGUAL AND BICULTURAL (Hispanic). Contact them for more information at (831) 761-5422.
