Dear Love INC Family,

We are told in John 9:13 that the man who was formerly blind was brought to the Pharisees. My heart was struck by the thought of what if we all  were identified by our former lives. The woman who was very insecure, or the woman who made mistakes would be some of my identifiers. What I formerly was would always be brought up. It is good to see how far I have come in my walk with God, but I find that former thinking defeats God’s work. I am his workmanship, chosen, and forgiven speak encouragement to me in my walk.

I find myself thinking of our neighbors and many who do not know God appear to walk in their labels every day. They are not just a part of their past but who they are today because they don’t have any new labels. I think of the woman formerly living in a domestic violence situation. She is making a new life, working to care for her family. She is no longer an abuse victim but an overcome, provider and caretaker of her family and a child of the living God.

Are you interested in helping them change their labels? Are you  interested in making a difference in a life for the kingdom of living God?

We are currently seeking  Volunteer Storage Managers (individuals or a couple) to oversee our furniture storage area. Duties include receiving pre-approved donated items, organizing and tracking donations, cleaning & minor repairs, selecting furnishings for neighbors , 3-4 hours per week with some fixed & some flexible hours according to your schedule. 3/18/2025 – A woman in her 50’s moved to the area from out-of-state to be near her daughter and grandson. She left all her belongings and came with nothing. She is disabled and lives with her daughter, grandson, and the daughter’s boyfriend. She is asking for a couch.
