Dear Love INC Family,

You did it! You made the needed new trailer happen!

In the next couple of weeks, Love INC will take possession of a new trailer to be used for furniture delivery and donation pick-up. We started our campaign back in June with the Give Big Campaign through the Community Foundation. In just a couple of months, you raised enough to cover the cost of the trailer. 

Then my phone rang. The caller wanted to partner with a sign company to cover the signage for our trailer. Any of the additional funds received will go towards the additional insurance costs.

The generosity of our faith partners blows away us at Love INC. You made it happen and we thank you!

Please pray for us in the weeks ahead as we oversee the completion of this project and MOVE FORWARD with a new trailer. Also, pray for our neighbors in need:

8/22/2024 – A young woman in her late teens has moved here from South America with her parents, an infant brother, and her infant son. This is the second location they tried to settle in. They have nothing, so they are asking for beds, a sofa, chairs, a table w/chairs, dressers, kitchenware, towels, cleaning supplies, and toiletries

8/22/2024 – A man in his 40s lived in Jamestown for a while but moved to NYC to help his parents. He was there for 5 years, but eventually, his father kicked him out. After spending some time in a Buffalo shelter, he returned to Jamestown and just got an apartment. He is unable to work due to mental health issues and a bad knee. He is asking for a queen bed/bedding, couch, dresser, kitchen table w/chairs, nightstand, lamps, TV w/stand, dishes, pots/pans, a microwave, and a toaster

8/21/2024 – A woman in her late 60s moved to this apartment after being in the women’s shelter. Before that, she was robbed of everything in her apartment. She has been unable to work, as a car ran over her foot a few years ago. She is asking for a twin mattress for her hospital bed. 9/3/2024 – Twin hospital mattress delivered.
